  • Q: If I use a mail-order pharmacy, can I still save money on my eligible pancreatic enzymes?
    A: Yes. You can use your loyalty card every time you refill your prescription and save money on your copay.
  • Q: What is the Savings Request Form?
    A: The Savings Request Form is something you use only if the pharmacy does not process your claim with the loyalty card. Fill out the Savings Request Form and mail, fax, or email it with a copy of the pharmacy receipt using the contact information listed on the form. Be sure to complete all sections, as incomplete information will delay reimbursement.
  • Q: Help! I am having trouble logging in to the LIVE2THRIVE website. What do I do?
    A: If you forgot your user ID and/or password, you can recover your lost credentials.

Chicken salad is great on a sandwich or over a bed of lettuce for lunch, dinner, or hearty snack. The high-calorie recipe below is great for people with CF, although can be altered if you’re making for friends and family without CF. Be sure to check out the substitution table below!

Ingredients

  3 cups cubed chicken breast (broiled, roasted, or grilled)   ½ cup sweet pickled relish
  2 hard-boiled eggs   ½ tsp. salt
  ½ cup chopped onion   ¼ cup vanilla SCANDISHAKE®
  ½ cup chopped celery   ¾ cup mayonnaise
  ½ cup chopped green pepper

Directions

  1. Combine chicken, eggs, onion, celery, green pepper, and relish together.
  2. Stir in salt, SCANDISHAKE®, and mayonnaise.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and chill.

Notes:

Below are easy substitutions you can make to lower the calorie count when making chicken salad for people without CF.
