  • Q: If I use a mail-order pharmacy, can I still save money on my eligible pancreatic enzymes?
    A: Yes. You can use your loyalty card every time you refill your prescription and save money on your copay.
  • Q: What is the Savings Request Form?
    A: The Savings Request Form is something you use only if the pharmacy does not process your claim with the loyalty card. Fill out the Savings Request Form and mail, fax, or email it with a copy of the pharmacy receipt using the contact information listed on the form. Be sure to complete all sections, as incomplete information will delay reimbursement.
  • Q: Help! I am having trouble logging in to the LIVE2THRIVE® website. What do I do?
    A: If you forgot your user ID and/or password, you can recover your lost credentials.

Scandi Lactose-Free Apple Raisin Cake

Scandi Lactose-Free Apple-Raisin Cake is a yummy, high-calorie dessert. Enjoy after dinner with friends and family!

Ingredients

1 ¾ cups coarsely chopped apples (or drained canned pie apples, chopped) ½ tsp. salt
¾ cup brown sugar, packed 1 ½ cups flour
½ cup vegetable oil 1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, beaten ½ cup raisins, soaked in warm water until plump, then drained
½ tsp. baking soda ½ cup chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking powder ½ cup vanilla scandishake® lactose free

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Measure apples and brown sugar into bowl; add oil and eggs.
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix well. (This dough will be stiff.)
  4. Add raisins and nuts.
  5. Stir to blend.
  6. Spread in 8x8-inch square pan.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until top springs back when touched. May be frozen.
